1. Q: How do I find out if you have a part I need?

A: Click on the Parts Request tab and fill out the form as completely as possible and we will respond quickly (within 24 hours except on Sundays).

2. Q: How do I order a part after I have confirmed you have it?

A: We will request your shipping information and email you a secure Paypal invoice or you can pay over the phone using your credit or debit card.

3. Q: Do I need a Paypal account to pay the Paypal invoice?

A: No, you do not need a Paypal account. You can simply choose to pay securely using your credit or debit card through the Paypal invoice.

4. Q: After I pay for an order, how long until it is shipped out?

A: We ship orders within one business day of receiving payment.

5. Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Our business is located in Hayden, Idaho which is about five hours east of Seattle.

6. Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do.

7: Q: What shipping services to you use?

A: For domestic shipments we use UPS Ground as well as USPS Priority or small flat rate boxes. For international shipments we use USPS Priority or First Class and offer UPS Standard to Canada.

8: Q: How long will it take to get my item once it is shipped?

A: For domestic shipments, UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days and USPS Priority takes 2-3 business days. For international shipments, USPS Priority takes 6-10 days and customs offices may hold packages for up to 2 weeks.
